Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef brisket into large pieces.
Step 2: pour water into the pot, pour in the beef brisket, and bring to a boil.
Step 3: take out the boiled beef brisket.
Step 4: cut ginger into large pieces, star anise, cinnamon, tsaokuo, wash fragrant leaves and set aside.
Step 5: pour oil into the frying pan, heat the oil, add ginger slices and stir fry red pepper until fragrant.
Step 6: add the pepper, dig in the bean paste, stir fry the red oil.
Step 7: pour in the beef brisket and stir fry over low heat.
Step 8: pour in boiling water to avoid beef.
Step 9: add star anise, cinnamon, tsaokuo and fragrant leaves.
Step 10: after boiling, pour the beef brisket and soup into the SUPOR pressure cooker.
Step 11: fire the stove.
Step 12: after the pressure fast boiler is filled with steam, turn off the fire after pressing for 8 minutes.
Step 13: wash radish and cut into cubes.
Step 14: after pressure relief of Supor pressure fast cooker, open the lid and pour in diced radish.
Step 15: sprinkle in salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
