Cucumber with minced garlic
Introduction:
Cucumber, also known as Cucumis, Cucumis, Cucurbitaceae Cucumis. It was brought back to the Central Plains by Zhang Qian's mission to the western regions in the Western Han Dynasty. It is called Cucumis. In the Sixteen States of Wuhu, the word "Hu" was taboo in shile, the later Zhao emperor. Fan Tan, a minister of the Han Dynasty, changed it to "cucumber" (a word changed by Sui Yang emperor). Cucumber is widely distributed all over China and is one of the main greenhouse products
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cucumber and wrap it in a clean cloth (this way, the juice won't spill when shooting the cucumber)
Step 2: put it on the chopping board and open it with a knife
Step 3: cut in half
Step 4: then use the spatula method to cut into small pieces of spatula, put into the basin, spare
Step 5: peel the garlic, and beat it with a knife
Step 6: then chop the crushed garlic a few times, so that it can give off the flavor of garlic better. Of course, students who don't like the taste can give up the material without garlic
Step 7: in a cucumber bowl, mix in refined salt, mashed garlic and sesame oil (you can also add pepper oil or onion oil according to your own taste), mix well
Step 8: mix well and serve. Pour in a little vinegar and coriander
