Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing.
Step 2: divide egg yolk protein into two pots, add milk, oil and 20g sugar to egg yolk.
Step 3: add lemon juice to the protein. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.
Step 4: start the egg beater, add the remaining sugar in several times, beat until protein 8 is distributed, turn off the egg beater, and the egg paste in the basin can pull out obvious triangle when lifting.
Step 5: mix the yolk paste evenly with the first gear.
Step 6: sift the flour, add it into the egg yolk paste, stir it first, and then mix the batter evenly.
Step 7: mix the batter.
Step 8: take part of the beaten protein, put it in the egg yolk paste, cut and mix evenly.
Step 9: pour the egg yolk paste into the protein paste, cut and mix well.
Step 10: pour into the baking tray. I use a non stick tray. The baking tray of the oven needs to be covered with oil paper. Smooth the surface.
Step 11: put into the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven, heat 175 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Step 12: when the baked cake comes out of the oven, turn it upside down. If you use oil paper, you need to tear off the oil paper while it is hot and tear off the back cover on the cake.
Step 13: demould after cooling, turn the cake upside down. If the preparation is not ready at this time, the cake needs to be covered with oil paper to keep moisture.
Step 14: prepare strawberries, wash and use kitchen paper to absorb water.
Step 15: repair the three sides, and do not repair the curling side.
Step 16: spread strawberry jam, put strawberries on it, and cut 2cm away from the end of the roll, then cut 2cm apart to break the skin.
Step 17: roll up the sauce cake, twist it into candy with oil paper, and set it for 15 minutes.
Step 18: cut into pieces. (it's better to use a sharp knife to cut the cake roll, but you can't cut it all at once. You need to cut it like a saw, so it looks better.)
