Luffa ham soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash towel gourd, cut into strips, soak in water for 10 minutes, remove, slice ham, chop onion, ginger and garlic, set aside.
Step 2: pour in the base oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
Step 3: pour in towel gourd and stir fry for a while
Step 4: pour in ham and stir fry with towel gourd for two minutes
Step 5: add plenty of water, bring to a boil, add soy sauce and vinegar, add five spice powder and a teaspoon. Simmer for about 5 minutes
Step 6: turn off the heat, put chicken essence and add coriander.
