Crispy milk

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: mix fresh milk, sugar, flour, starch and a little water over low heat

Step 2: refrigerate in a container (I made two, one for each)

Step 3: cut the milk into strips or pieces (this is the frozen milk, I feel there is moisture, and the oil splashes during subsequent frying)

Step 4: mix flour, starch and water into a crispy batter, and dip the milk into the rolling batter (this is the frozen milk, which is made the next day)

Step 5: put in oil pan and fry until golden. Dip in your favorite condensed milk

Materials required:

Milk: 2 bags

Flour: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Starch: right amount

Note: when frying milk, put a little butter in the pot to taste better.
