Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: main materials.
Step 2: wash the red rice with mineral water for 1-2 times, and then soak it in mineral water: 1:1 for half an hour;
Step 3: pour the soaked mineral water into the electric rice cooker and cook it;
Step 4: cook and simmer for 10 minutes, then let the rice out to air;
Step 5: bake the peanuts in the oven for 7 minutes, take out the dried peanuts, peel and crush them;
Step 6: Chop onion, pepper and parsley;
Step 7: cut the green lemon and squeeze out more than one tbsp juice for use;
Step 8: heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in the pan, pour in onion and chili ring, and stir fry until yellowish;
Step 9: pour in the dried red rice and stir fry, then add half a spoonful of soy sauce and stir well;
Step 10: turn off the heat; pour in peanut, coriander and lemon juice, stir in salt and stir well~

Note: 1. If you like dry rice, the ratio of water to rice should be 1:1 or less; or you don't need to soak for half an hour to cook directly; 2. The amount of pepper can be used according to personal taste; 3. Baking peanuts is just my habit, and it can be fried with microwave; 4. The size of broken peanuts can be determined according to personal preference.
