Sweet and sour yellow croaker
Introduction:
"I seldom eat fish in my family, because my husband said that there are too many fish bones and it's too troublesome to eat, so I seldom do it. Today, I said I was going to buy fish, and my husband quickly said to buy sea fish. Ha ha, there are few sea fish spines. So I went to the market and bought a yellow croaker that I also like to eat. Sweet and sour spareribs are often made according to this sweet and sour formula. Unexpectedly, it's very delicious to cook fish. Sweet and sour taste is very strong, and the method is very simple. You can try it if you like! "
Production steps:
Step 1: after washing the yellow croaker, dry the water and set aside. Cut the green onion and ginger
Step 2: for sweet and sour sauce: 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon fresh soy sauce, 3 teaspoons sugar, half a teaspoon soy sauce, a little salt and 12 teaspoons water
The third step: mix well after finishing.
Step 4: start the oil pan, add a little more oil and bring it to a high fire
Step 5: heat the oil and fry the yellow croaker. Don't turn it over
Step 6: Fry one side golden and then turn the other side
Step 7: fry both sides well, turn to the minimum heat, put the fish aside, if there is more oil, put some out, and put chopped green onion and ginger into the remaining oil (put one third of the scallion white)
Step 8: after frying out the flavor, pour in the sweet and sour juice, cover the pot, boil for 2 minutes
Step 9: open the lid of the pot, turn to the middle fire and collect the sauce until it is sticky (it's better not to turn the fish over to avoid rotting the fish)
Step 10: after the soup is slightly thick, carefully remove the fish and put it on the plate
Step 11: put the remaining scallions in the collected soup and stir well
Step 12: finally pour the sweet and sour sauce on the yellow croaker
