Production steps:
Step 1: soak Lentinus edodes, fungus and Cordyceps flower thoroughly, and cut cabbage, coriander and ginger well
Step 2: hot pot, saute ginger slices, add mushrooms and stir fry for a while
Step 3: add proper amount of water and seasoning (except sesame oil and soy sauce), and cook mushrooms over low heat for about 40 minutes
Step 4: add the fungus and cook for 15 minutes
