Production steps:
Step 1: cut garlic into small pieces, wash towel gourd, peel and cut into long strips with hob.
Step 2: heat the pot with proper amount of oil, deep fry half of the garlic until golden yellow, remove and drain the oil; after cooling, mix well with the other half of the garlic, add salt and mix well.
Step 3: spread the garlic evenly on the surface of luffa and decorate with Lycium barbarum.
Step 4: steam for 5 minutes.
