Some handmade chocolates for the holidays
Introduction:
"In other words, at my age, any festival is reduced to a feast, not a festival is also reduced to a feast day. The purpose of the festival is to make the food have some special properties. At least it has to have something to do with the festival. Today is the Lantern Festival, which is also Valentine's day. You have to eat yuanxiao and chocolate. There are also flowers. Someone has been unconscious for many years. They buy dumplings in the morning. My family really buy one bag a year and eat one bag a year. When the next Lantern Festival comes, they throw away the old ones and buy new ones. It's just for the occasion. Otherwise, how can I prove that I'm having a holiday. Yesterday in the blog saw someone package shepherd's purse salty dumplings, very novel, next year plan to try. In fact, we often eat chocolate. We always have favna at home. This year, we plan to make our own handmade chocolate. We dream of making beautiful chocolate with soft luster. However, when I was looking for information, I found that if the chocolate wanted to shine, it had to be heated. With my current skills and equipment, I had to quit. So I turned to making simple raw chocolate. The method and materials were very casual. I'll study carefully before I make the chocolate. For information, please refer to the article on Zhihu, which is very detailed. Principle and detailed operation of temperature staged control in chocolate making? 》”
Production steps:
Step 1: lay the preservative film in the mold and try to make it as smooth as possible. I used the silica gel mold of Beiyin.
Step 2: add all the ingredients to the milk pan. Cook until most of the chocolate begins to melt and continue to stir well away from the heat. It's better to heat it with water. I'm lazy. Be sure to stir while heating
Step 3: load the decorated raw chocolate into a small oil paper cup. It's done!
Step 4: add cashew nuts and cereal in the same weight, and rub them into a ball, which is another shape.
Step 5: make a bag and give it to your friends. Chubby is better than chubby:)
Materials required:
Bitter sweet chocolate: 250g
Light cream: 100g
Butter: 15g
Sugar: 25g
Roasted cashew nuts: 150g
Instant sugar free cereal: 200g
Note: I do more casual, if in accordance with the island teacher's writing, to heat cream, with hot liquid stew chocolate to melt. Personally, I think it's the same as water-proof melting. No matter what, it's better than heating chocolate directly on the gas stove. I use 85% favna, which kind of chocolate to adjust the temperature according to my own taste is much more demanding. I'll report it when I have some results in my practice
