Stewed pig skin with bean sprouts
Introduction:
"I went to the street yesterday and saw farmers selling their own soybean sprouts. These soybean sprouts do not contain auxin, expansin and other chemicals. They are green food. The bean sprouts of the people's livelihood in the village are a little small, but they are more attractive in appearance and taste better than those in the city. Soybean sprouts have the effects of clearing away heat and improving eyesight, tonifying qi and nourishing blood, preventing gingival bleeding, cardiovascular sclerosis and low cholesterol. This dish tastes better if it is stewed with Pixian Douban sauce, but I only have Douchi at home, so it's good to replace it with Douchi. "
