Production steps:

Step 2: prepare a clean pan or basin to filter whey.
Step 3: put a clean filter screen on it.
Step 4: prepare a medical gauze and lay it on the filter net in double layers.
Step 5: pour the yoghurt on the gauze, cover the outside of the pot, and put it in the refrigerator for about a day, then the whey will be almost considered.
Step 6: squeeze the gauze a little, press the weight on it, and continue to filter it in the refrigerator for one night, so that it can further clean the whey.
Step 7: This is the cheese that has been filtered for a day and a night. The milk taste is very strong, and there will be some acidity in it. 800 ml milk makes 300 grams of cheese, 4 bags of milk costs 10 yuan, which is very cost-effective,
