Stewed Chinese yam with spare ribs in eggplant juice
Introduction:
"Sweet and sour spareribs with soft and glutinous yams are my favorite. It's absolutely no problem to entertain guests."
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the ribs into small pieces, soak for half an hour, remove the blood, control the blood.
Step 2: yam

Step 8: stir fry all the spices with the oil at the bottom of the pan.
Step 9: stir fry the tomato.
Step 10: add tomato sauce and stir well.
Step 11: add appropriate amount of sugar, vinegar and salt according to personal taste, and taste the sweet and sour soup.
Step 12: add the stir fried spareribs, stir well, transfer to the electric pressure cooker to stew for 20-30 minutes, after venting, add the yam, and then stew for about 5 minutes.
Step 13: bring it out and eat it

Note: the electric pressure cooker will not evaporate water, so the water in the soup and spareribs itself is enough. If you like more juice, you can add less water. If there is too much water, the soup will become thin and you can't wrap the spareribs and yams! I like more juice to mix with rice, so I add half a bowl of water.
