Production steps:

Step 6: roll the loose dough into thin slices, put it into the pie plate and press it flat by hand; * a more convenient way is to put the dough directly into the pie plate without rolling, and then press it flat by hand. It's easy to stick and can't be taken out after rolling!
Step 7: prick some small holes at the bottom of the pie skin with a fork to prevent bulging during baking;
Step 8: put the apple slices into the oven, what shape do you want? Finally, preheat the oven 200 degrees, middle layer, about 40 minutes!
