Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: make Zhongzhong, and the ingredient quantity of Zhongzhong is in the main ingredient table. Choose the pumpkin with dark yellow color, which is delicious and colored. The pumpkin is steamed and mashed in the cooking machine
Step 2: use your own rice wine to make natural yeast.
Step 3: pour the rice wine, milk and pumpkin puree into the bowl
Step 4: add 300 grams of flour and make a thick paste
Step 5: keep 30 ℃ and ferment to twice the size. In winter, I always keep warm and ferment, which is basically good for one and a half hours
Step 6: next, make the dough: add sugar, salt and eggs to the fermented medium paste
Step 7: add the remaining flour and baking powder, hand and dough, and then put into the bread machine. Because the moisture content of pumpkin puree is very different, we must adjust the hardness and softness manually before putting it into the bread maker
Step 8: start a dough mixing process, add softened butter, and then start a dough mixing process
Step 9: mix the face to the expansion stage and pull out the glove film
Step 10: ferment the dough to twice the size by using the baking procedure.
Step 11: relax the fermented dough for 15 minutes. We have made more than ten of them
Step 12: round the relaxed dough, prick an eye in the middle with chopsticks, and shake the chopsticks to enlarge the eye
Step 13: then put it into the hollow mold and let it ferment again. Because there is a lot of flour, we also made some garden and long ones.
Step 14: send people to the oven, keep warm, moisturize and ferment
Step 15: ferment to twice the size
Step 16: preheat the oven at 170 ℃ for 3 minutes and bake in the oven for 12 minutes
Step 17: take out the baked bread and demould it in time.
Step 18: after demoulding, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on the bread. I sprinkled some powdered sugar on the sugar ginger slices made by my family, which also has a strong ginger flavor. This healthy, delicious, golden bread is finished
