Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials for the cake;

Note: if you only use water and flour, 300 grams of flour with 180 grams to 200 grams of water is the most appropriate, this is a fermentation method; you can also take the second fermentation method, the ratio of flour and water is 1:1, so that the steamed cake taste wet, lower than the first fermentation method, the probability of success, it is recommended that you take the first method if you do hair cake.
