Marinara
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: Chop onion and garlic. You can also put the whole garlic into the pot and take it out.
Step 3: wash tomatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Divide it into two parts.
Step 4: smash or chop one portion with a blender. The other half remains lumpy.

Step 6: add garlic and stir well.

Note: the finished Marinara can be stored for 4 to 5 days in the cold storage state, sealed in a can for about one month in the cold storage, and frozen for one to two months. It's only enough to make spaghetti or pizza for two.
