Today I thought of using eggplant to try it, but I didn't think it was good to cut it out. Production steps:

Step 1: material drawing

Step 2: remove the eggplant pedicels and wash it. Put one chopstick on each side and cut it vertically with a knife (because there are chopsticks on both sides, you don't have to worry about cutting it off)

Step 3: turn over and cut with a knife

Step 4: cut eggplant

Step 5: put the eggplant on the plate and steam it in the steamer with boiling water

Step 6: when steaming eggplant, peel the garlic and pound it into mashed garlic

Step 7: put the mashed garlic into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar, bring it to a boil and mix well

Step 8: air the steamed eggplant

Note: 1 eggplant to choose straight just good cut bad clothes knife. There are chopsticks on both sides when cutting eggplant, so don't worry about cutting it off. 3. The juice can be adjusted according to the taste.
