Steamed spareribs with sour beans
Introduction:
"Since my mother came to make pickle water for me last time, pickle has become a delicacy that my family can often see on the table. Recently, I soaked cowpea several times. Before, it was used to stir fry minced meat or green pepper. Today, I tried to steam spareribs, and the taste is good. Sour bean horn and soup with steamed spareribs are mixed in the rice, which is very delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: the sour beans you made look good.
Step 2: cut the sour beans into small pieces.
Step 3: wash and drain the spareribs, add marinade, mix well and marinate for about 1 hour.
Step 4: pour proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil, add some chopped green onion and ginger, then add sour beans and stir fry.
Step 5: put half of the fried sour beans at the bottom of the bowl.
Step 6: put on the marinated spareribs.
Step 7: pour in the remaining sour beans.
Step 8: steam in a pan, boil water and steam for about 40 minutes.

Homemade sour beans: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Sesame oil: right amount
Pepper powder: right amount
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Salt: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: raw materials: spareribs homemade sour beans marinade: ginger, scallion, sesame oil, pepper powder, five spice salt, soy sauce 1. You can add some oyster sauce when marinating spareribs. I usually use some steamed spareribs, but today I don't have them at home, so I give up. 2. If you like deep color ribs, you can also add some old style.
