Winter is coming, homemade chili sauce
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: first of all, go to the market to buy fresh peppers. You must dry them after washing them at home. You can also buy Dried peppers that are dried in the sun.
Step 2: Chop pepper and garlic separately. It takes a lot of effort. (because I'm Cantonese and not very good at spicy food, I choose one third of extra spicy small peppers and two thirds of big slightly spicy peppers, which can be prepared according to my personal preference.)
Step 3: add cooking oil to the pan, heat the oil and add the pepper. Bring to medium heat until the pepper is slightly dry.
Step 4: add salt and garlic, stir fry again, until the garlic taste, after the flameout, pour the prepared soy sauce, stir evenly.
Step 5: the delicious chili sauce is ready.
