Cabbage and Taro Soup
Introduction:
"Every year in the season of eating taro, I like to use taro and cabbage to cook soup together. The soup not only has the flavor of taro, but also has some starch of taro mixed in the soup or wrapped in cabbage leaves. Eating powder also has the sweet and clear taste of cabbage."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and wash taro and cut into small pieces with hob.
Step 2: boil a large bowl of water in a skillet. After boiling, pour in the cut taro and cook.
Step 3: wash the cabbage in water.
Step 4: break the washed cabbage into small pieces by hand.
Step 5: after the taro is cooked and rotten, pour in the cabbage and cook.
Step 6: after the cabbage is cooked, add a little sesame oil, a little salt and a little fresh vegetables, and mix well.

Fresh vegetables: moderate
Note: my family does not eat lard, general cooking are put sesame oil, do not like sesame oil can be put into a small spoonful of lard cooking, taste more fragrant.
