Fried Hsinchu rice noodles
Introduction:
"I ate my aunt's fried rice noodles at my uncle's house and fell in love with them. I don't have to go to work today. I made fried rice noodles for breakfast at home this morning. "
Production steps:
Step 1: soak Hsinchu rice noodles in warm water for five minutes.
Step 2: slice the sausage, cut the scallion and set aside.
Step 3: heat up the frying pan, add a little oil, stir fry the sausages over low heat. When the sausages come out of oil, put the sausages in reserve.
Step 4: heat the oil from sausages, soak the rice flour, drain the water, and stir fry quickly. Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce with a little water to make a sauce. Pour in and fry the rice noodles. Let the rice noodles all dip in the sauce. Continue to stir fry quickly. If the rice noodles are a little sticky, add more oil to stir fry.
Step 5: finally pour in the sausages, stir fry for one minute, sprinkle with scallion, then stir fry quickly, and then out of the pot.
Materials required:
Hsinchu rice noodles: 2 pieces
Sausage: 1
Scallion: 2
Oyster sauce: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: rice noodles should be soaked in warm water for five minutes. If you like soft taste, you can soak for three more minutes. Take advantage of the time to soak rice noodles, cut sausages, scallions and set aside. I personally don't like to put too much oil into fried rice noodles. If I don't put too much oil into fried rice noodles, the firepower of fried rice noodles should be smaller, otherwise it is easy to paste and stick to the pot. Do not like to put sausage, you can put shredded meat or fried rice noodles is also good.
