Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing;
Step 2: wash the perilla leaves, drain the water, and spread them on the plate;

Step 8: soak the sliced carrot in warm salt water for a while to make it soft and not easy to break;
Step 9: circle the carrot slices into a rose shape and decorate the tofu, and place the diced carrot on the tofu for decoration;
Step 10: after boiling the water in the steamer, steam the tofu on the steamer for 8 minutes;
Step 11: pour the steamed tofu water out of the pot, then add some oil, salt and soy sauce to taste, and then make a thin note and pour it on the tofu.
