Cherry tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: cut the tofu into 2cm cubes, sprinkle 1g salt and mix with a little corn starch.
Step 3: deep fry in hot oil.
Step 4: deep fry until golden yellow and remove when the skin is crisp.
Step 5: peel and chop the tomatoes.
Step 6: pour a little oil into the frying pan, heat the oil, add tomatoes, sugar, 1 gram of salt, stir fry the tomatoes with soy sauce.
Step 7: pour in tofu and stir fry well.
Step 8: thicken the rice flour, stir fry twice, sprinkle with scallion, drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil, and remove from the pot.
