Production steps:
Step 1: clean the meat, cut three layers of meat into pieces, not too big, slice garlic, add a little oil and salt, 2 spoons of barbecue sauce, cover and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours. (because I have to go to work during the day, I always come back from work to marinate and bake the next night.) the next day, when I come back from work, I wrap the baking basin with tin foil and put the meat in place.
Step 2: I use Li Jinji's barbecue sauce
Step 3: preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the meat in and bake for 15 minutes, take it out and turn it over, then bake for another 10 minutes, turn it over again, several times in a row, when the juice is almost collected, bake for 10 minutes in the picture, turn it over and coat the other side, 2.3 times in a row, and then coat it for the last time.
