Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: scrape both sides of the skin clean, blanch with cold water, remove impurities, then take out and cut into strips
Step 2: buy the front elbow with sauce and clean it,
Step 3: blanch in cold water to remove blood foam. Then wash it with boiling water to remove the residual blood foam completely. This ensures the transparency of the finished product.
Step 4: put boiling water in the pot, put the meat material in the box, add yellow rice wine and meat skin
Step 5: put the blanched elbows into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Add salt in the last five minutes.
Step 6: take out the cooked elbows
Step 7: continue to simmer the remaining skin for another 15 minutes, and then boil the skin to make sure the soup is thick enough.
Step 8: cut off the spiced pork and put it into a clean container.
Step 9: pour a proper amount of the cooked meat broth into the container to submerge the elbow meat,
Step 10: cover and refrigerate for more than 3 hours
Step 11: when eating, take out the dice and put them on the plate. Then you can enjoy them with your favorite juice.
