Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare beef, millet pepper, garlic, ginger and coriander.
Step 2: wash the beef, put it into the pot, add the right amount of cooking wine and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 3: after waiting, cut millet pepper, garlic and ginger.
Step 4: wash the Flammulina velutipes and coriander.
Step 5: slice the cooked beef for use.
