Braised lotus root with chicken
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and chop the chicken.
Step 2: hot pot oil, first add star anise stir fried incense.
Step 3: stir fry until the chicken oil is out.

Note: don't blanch chicken, stir fry directly.
