Introduction:

It tastes crispy, with distinct layers and sweet and soft glutinous with egg interlayer. With condensed milk, it's really delicious and can swallow the tongue. Of course, it's salty Yes, but I prefer sweetness, such as banana, raisin, chocolate and so on. This formula is the most suitable one for "small home handicraft workshop" that I have tried. It takes a short time to make it crisp and sweet without effort
Production steps:
Step 1: mix the condensed milk with water,
Step 2: slowly add the juice into the flour and stir while adding,
Step 3: add the whole egg liquid, also slowly, while stirring,
Step 4: add salad oil and knead until smooth,
Step 5: use the mixing hook of the electric egg beater to stir at low speed for about 3-4min,
Step 6: cut the softened butter into small pieces, add in and continue to stir for about 3 minutes,
Step 7: until the dough becomes smooth, it can be extended by pulling it apart. (when making bread, it can be extended by gently pulling it apart by hand to form a film). Cover it with gauze and let it stand for about 3 hours,
Step 8: divide into equal portions of small dosage. (our pan is smaller, so the dough is smaller.)
Step 9: press the dough open first,
Step 10: lift the edge with your hand and draw a circular arc in the air. (you can control the range of action by yourself. I have practiced it several times before I succeed.)
Step 11: put it on the chopping board, you can see the pattern on the table through the dough, sprinkle with the whole egg liquid, fold the four sides to the middle, fold it into a square, put the oil in the pan, just cover the bottom of the pan with the oil, then turn it in and fry it until both sides are golden and crisp. Take out the drained oil, cut it into small pieces, and sprinkle with the right amount of condensed milk,
Step 12: you can also put some dried cranberries, raisins, bananas and so on. My personal favorite is banana flavor. When you put ripe bananas, they are very delicious,
Materials required:
Water: 75g
White granulated sugar: 5g
Whole egg liquid: 30g + proper amount
Baking soda: 1 / 4 teaspoon
Salad oil: 10g
Condensed milk: 10g + proper amount
Salt: 1g
High gluten flour: 150g
Butter: 20g
Note: fold the dough first and then put it in the pot because the pot is too small. There is no big pan for making Indian flying cakes at home. If you put the dough directly on the pot, the dough that touches the outer wall of the pot will stick on the pot, so it's easier to fold it first at home,
