Pork tripe and lotus seed soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: use vinegar inside and outside the pork belly first, and then rub off the mucus with baking soda.
Step 2: scrape off the yellow part of the pork belly with a knife, and then rinse it carefully with running water.
