Noodle soup with pork balls and sauerkraut
Introduction:
"Snowflakes are floating outside. In such a cold season, it's very pleasant to have a bowl of hot noodle soup with my family."
Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: Chop green onion, slice cucumber, cut mustard and parsley.
Step 3: put oil in the frying pan, add onion and stir fry.
Step 4: stir fry the sauerkraut.
Step 5: stir fried sauerkraut and add water (when the bone soup is used up at home, the taste will be stronger if the soup is added)
Step 6: put in your own pork balls. (because they make pure meat by themselves, they are very resistant to cooking, so if you put it in early, the soup will taste good.)
Step 7: Boil the soup for a while and let the taste of Meatballs blend into the soup.
Step 8: add the longxumian and stir it up with chopsticks.
Step 9: when the noodles are ready to be cooked, put in cucumber slices. Seasoning: salt and vinegar.
Step 10: add coriander according to your preference. If you like spicy food, you can add some old Ganma.
Materials required:
Sauerkraut: 50g
Meatballs: 100g
Longxumian: 200g
Cucumber: 1
Coriander: a little
Salt: a little
Vinegar: a little
Scallion: a little
Note: this noodle needs more soup and less noodles to taste delicious. You can put the longxumian alone, and then put the cabbage meatball soup into the bowl. Some parents can't accept the taste of coriander and can change it to their favorite dishes (garlic sprouts, leeks...)
Production difficulty: simple
Process: boiling
Production time: 10 minutes
Taste: light
