Mapo Tofu
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: dice tofu;
Step 2: heat oil in a hot pan, add minced meat and saute until fragrant;
Step 3: add cooking wine, garlic and ginger to stir fry until fragrant;
Step 4: stir fry the bean paste until fragrant, add water and bring to a boil;
Step 5: add diced tofu and simmer;
Step 6: add salt and soy sauce to simmer.

Bean paste: right amount
Note: 1. Boiled tofu can remove part of the beany smell.
