Shredded beef with burdock
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel the burdock and slice it with a knife. Shred the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: put a spoonful of oil in the pot, and then spread the shredded beef.
Step 3: after the beef changes color, add burdock slices.
Step 4: stir the burdock and beef evenly, stir fry more, and try to dry the water.
Step 5: add a spoonful of Weilin and two spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir fry over low heat.
Step 6: fry until the sauce is dry and sprinkle a little coriander.
Step 7: load the plate and you can eat it.

Burdock: Half Root
Beef: 100g
Coriander: moderate
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Weilin: 2 teaspoons
Note: 1. Coriander do not like can be omitted, I happen to have at home, add their own. 2. To get rid of the root smell, burdock must be cooked with meat. 3. The soy sauce itself is very salty, so I didn't put any more salt. Let's adjust it according to our own soy sauce.
