Korean Mixed Mushroom
Introduction:
"Mixed mushroom is a dish fried with mushrooms such as Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes and straw mushroom. Mushroom has unique flavor and aroma. It can be fried or fried, pickled and other cooking methods. It can also be used as non-staple food after drying. Mushroom has been a favorite food since it can clear eyes and stabilize nerves
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the straw mushroom. Soak Lentinus edodes in water for about 1 hour, remove the pedicel and wipe the moisture, and divide them into 2 ~ 4 equal parts (53g).
Wash and peel the mushrooms, and cut them into pieces about 0.5cm thick.
Step 2: soak Auricularia auricula in water for about 1 hour (40g), wash and tear it to the same size as Lentinus edodes. Wash the Flammulina velutipes and cut them into 5cm long ones. Make a sauce.
Step 3: pour water into the pot, cook for about 5 minutes until boiling, add salt and straw mushroom, blanch for about 1 minute, tear into about 0.5cm thick. Add seasoning to each mushroom and stir.
Step 4: pour proper amount of edible oil into a heated pan, add all mushrooms except Flammulina velutipes, stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add Flammulina velutipes, sesame oil and sesame oil, stir fry for about 1 minute.

Note: do not put onion and garlic mixed mushrooms, so as to enjoy the unique flavor of mushrooms. You can also add red pepper or shredded pepper.
