Dongpo tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork, tofu, mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
Step 2: marinate tofu with ginger, salt and rice wine for 5 minutes.
Step 3: steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4: let the steamed tofu cool slightly and cut it into pieces of suitable size.
Step 5: dice pork, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
Step 6: put proper amount of dry starch in the bowl.
Step 7: evenly coat the bean curd with starch.
Step 8: fry in oil over low heat.
Step 9: fry until golden on all sides.
Step 10: set the tofu aside and fry the pork.
Step 11: when the pork comes out of oil, add mushrooms and shredded bamboo shoots to stir up the flavor.
Step 12: add appropriate amount of water to boil, add sweet flour sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce, and cook in yellow rice wine.
Step 13: simmer slowly over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 14: until the soup thickens, remove from the pot.
Materials required:
North tofu: 400g
Pork: 100g
Bamboo shoots: 50g
Mushroom: 50g
Ginger: moderate
Dry starch: appropriate amount
Oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Soy sauce: right amount
Sweet flour sauce: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: a little
Yellow rice wine: right amount
