Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the flour.

Step 8: prepare materials for saozi.
Step 9: soak Auricularia auricula and daylily in cold water.
Step 10: spread the egg into skin.
Step 11: cut into elephant eye pieces for later use.
Step 12: dice the pork, fat and lean separately.
Step 13: put the diced fat meat into the pot first, soak it in oil over low heat, wait for the oil to come out, and then put the lean meat into the pot. Do not cover the pot. Add red vinegar, salt, minced ginger and seasoning noodles when it is seven years old. Cover the pot and heat until cooked.
