Step 6: add black pepper juice and stir fry for a while.
Step 7: add water to boil. (taste it at this time. The black pepper juice has a salty taste. If it's too light, add a little salt, just a little.)
Step 8: turn the pressure cooker. SAIC will shut down the fire in about 15 minutes and exhaust naturally.
Step 9: turn the frying pan, put in the potato pieces, go to some ginger slices, add some water to stew the potatoes. (always push the back of the shovel to the bottom to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the pot)
