Fried fungus with onion and egg

Production steps:
Step 1: soak Auricularia auricula, wash onion, beat egg, peel carrot.
Step 2: cut onion and carrot into small pieces, and chop onion and ginger.
Step 3: put some soybean oil into the hot pot.
Step 4: after the oil is hot, put in the broken eggs, fry them and set aside.
