Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into pieces, slice lean meat, divide coriander into whole pieces and leaves, slice ginger.
Step 2: put the whole coriander, lean meat slice and ginger slice into the pot, heat the water and boil for 15 minutes.
Step 3: take out coriander, spoon water; put bean curd in, reheat water, fast boil for 2 hours.
Step 4: after 2 hours, add coriander leaves and salt.
