Step 1: wash purple sweet potato, slice and steam. Press the steamed purple potato into purple potato paste with spoon, add glutinous rice flour, and knead the flour into dough.
Step 2: divide the mixed purple potato dough into small dosage forms, and rub the red bean paste stuffing into balls for standby. Then flatten the dough and pack it with red bean paste. After wrapping, press it into a round cake. Roll the round cake with white sesame.
Step 3: pour proper amount of oil into the pan. When the oil is slightly hot, put in the prepared purple potato cake. Turn the heat down and fry it slowly for a while. Turn the pan over and continue to fry. Then turn the pan over and fry until both sides are golden!
