Sour beet in summer -- chicken with apple juice
Introduction:
"It's getting hotter day by day since summer, and my appetite has been reduced because of the heat in summer. Yesterday, I happened to have a slight heat, so I made a fruit based appetizer. The sauce is made of fresh tomato meat and white wine. It's a more natural and healthy appetizer."
Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: 200g chicken breast, one green pepper, one apple and two tomatoes
Step 2: soak the apple diced with light salt water for standby; < br > remove the seeds of green pepper and dice for standby; < br > peel the tomato for standby.
Step 3: dice the chicken breast, < br > add white wine, salt, starch and egg white and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4: fry the cured chicken breast.

Note: the ketchup used in this recipe is self-made and can be replaced by ready-made ketchup, but without the original flavor. Generally do fruit vegetables, add white wine will add more flavor.
