Dragon Boat Festival. Fresh meat dumplings
Introduction:
"During the Dragon Boat Festival every year, we make and eat rice dumplings every year. Some rice dumplings are made every year. In our family, we make salt water, bean paste and fresh meat dumplings every year. As for the others, we make them randomly to see what ingredients we have at home."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and dice the slightly thinner pork, add salt, chicken essence, ginger powder, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and oil, mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour.
Step 2: wash and soak glutinous rice for more than 1 hour.
Step 3: drain the soaked glutinous rice, add edible alkali and salt, and mix well.
Step 4: take two pieces of rice dumpling leaves, align the tip of the leaves and rotate counter clockwise to form a funnel.
Step 5: add half of the mixed glutinous rice.
Step 6: put in the pickled Diced Pork.
Step 7: top up the glutinous rice.
Step 8: press the leaves on both sides inward.
Step 9: fold the rice dumpling leaves upside down to cover the funnel, and press the rice dumpling leaves on both sides with your fingers according to the shape of the funnel.
Step 10: wrap the growing leaves around the front of the funnel and fold them back.
Step 11: tie tightly with brown hemp or cotton thread. Don't tie the rice dumplings too tightly. They are easy to burst when cooked
Step 12: according to the shape of rice dumplings, prune more leaves, especially hard rice dumplings, to prevent other rice dumplings from being punctured.
Step 13: This is the finished zongzi.
Step 14: make a good dumpling to soak in water, different flavors of dumplings cooked together, it is best to make a mark.
Step 15: put all the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, add enough water, the water should not pass the rice dumplings, steam on the fire and continue to cook for 25 minutes, then turn off the fire. Let cool and serve.
