Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients you need.
Step 2: wash the beef and cut it into 1cm thick slices.

Step 12: blanch broccoli and carrots, remove and cool.
Step 13: coat the pan with oil and heat it.
Step 14: add the steak and fry it over low heat.
Step 15: fry until discolored, turn over, change to high heat.
Step 16: pour in the marinade.
Step 17: put in the soy sauce and cook over high heat until the soup is thick.
Step 18: Sprinkle with chopped carrots and pepper and serve with black broccoli.
Step 19: put the steak on the plate.
Step 20: pour on the remaining soup.

Note: this fried beef will be more mature, do not like to eat too cooked, you can omit the steps of 16 into the marinade, directly fried to your favorite degree of maturity on the line.
