Production steps:
Step 1: 1 bowl of wheat starch.
Step 2: put it in a slightly larger container. Put a bowl of water in the same bowl and stir to make a paste.
Step 3: boil 3 bowls of water in another pan.
Step 4: turn down the heat, slowly pour the stirred slurry into the boiling water, and constantly stir in the same direction until the liquid becomes transparent, and the stirring spoon can stand slightly to get out of the pot. Because this process is completed by one person and needs constant stirring, it is impossible to take photos.
Pour the jelly into a large bowl and let cool.
Step 5: after cooling.
Step 6: cut into pieces.
Materials required:
Wheat starch: 1 bowl
Water: 4 bowls
Note: This is my first time to make it with wheat starch. My mother-in-law used to make it with sweet potato flour. The finished product feels similar to the takeout, but it won't work if it's fried. I don't know what to add. The taste is not as sweet as the jelly made of sweet potato powder. Next time, you can consider buying pea powder for a try.
