Production steps:
Step 1: the rag (also known as ganshuzi) is kneaded, the seeds are removed, the scallions are shredded
Step 2: cut water chestnuts, beat them apart and chop them
Step 3: stir the minced meat with seasoning until it is slightly stiffened, and mix in the chopped green onion & rag & water chestnut
Step 4: after placing the flat plate, flatten it with the back of the spoon, decorate it with several rags, and cover it with tin foil
Step 5: 1 cup of water in the outer pot of the electric rice cooker, steam for 20 minutes (or 12 minutes in the steamer), sprinkle with scallion and drizzle with sesame oil, serve.
Step 6: rag, also known as ganshuzi or xiangshuzi, is a kind of pickle; it can be replaced by Douchi or perilla plum.
