Production steps:
Step 1: wash and soak in salt water.
Step 2: soak carrot and cabbage in brine and control dry water.
Step 3: Chinese prickly ash leaf (dry Chinese prickly ash is OK) pepper.
Step 4: boil about 60g salt in 1kg water.
Step 5: cool the water and put all the materials in a sealed box for a week.
