Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing. Cauliflower, coriander. Chives, peppers. Tomatoes. Salt, soybean oil, soy sauce, pepper, potato powder.
Step 2: break the cauliflower into small flowers. Wash and set aside.
Step 3: remove the yellow leaves of coriander, remove the roots, soak and wash.
Step 4: coriander is not tender, so you need to blanch it with boiling water.
Step 5: after hot coriander squeeze water, cut into sections for standby.
Step 6: cut 3 chives and set aside. And a side dish, sliced peppers. Slice the carrot and cut the tomato.
Step 7: heat the frying pan, pour in a spoonful of soybean oil, fry pepper first, wait for the fragrance, remove pepper.
Step 8: stir fry onion and pepper with hot pepper oil.

Note: the coriander I use is local, a bit like celery, big and not tender. So it's better to stir fry. Chives are very tender. They can be mixed with salads and eaten raw. When making this dish, you can put more pepper. I can't eat spicy food, so I didn't put so much. Pepper oil can also be a little bit more. Less salt, because there's ketchup and soy sauce.
