Production steps:
Step 1: meat I use before the trough, the best with pork, how fragrant ah.. A few rape, a little fungus, eggs, onion, sauce. When steaming the rice, soak it for a while so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
Step 2: prepare seasoning, soy sauce, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper, five spice powder, seasoning, cooking wine, sugar and salt. I don't advertise them, so the brand is blocked. Hehe, isn't it too bad?
Step 3: Boil the water and put the rape and fungus into the pot. In order to save time, I put the eggs in the pot, hehe. (you can boil the eggs in another pot, but I'm lazy and don't like to wash the pot.) Rape and fungus don't need to be boiled too bad. When they are boiled, take them out and use cool water to control the moisture. When the eggs are cooked, use cool water to do the peeling.
Step 4: pour the oil, stir fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the meat (grasp the meat with dry starch) and stir fry until white.
