Full of gold and silver
Introduction:
"There are many ethnic groups in China, so the customs of new year's Eve dinner are naturally different. There are customs that reflect their own characteristics in different places. It is also a traditional habit to eat dumplings as the staple food of new year's Eve dinner. Jiaozi means "Geng Sui Jiao Zi" in the alternation of the old and the new. Dumplings are made in the shape of Yuanbao, which means longevity and wealth. They are also auspicious and place people's good hope on them. Cooked dumplings are put on the table in pots, symbolizing the meaning of "New Year's fortune, Yuanbao roll in". This staple food I make is Yuanbao dumplings made of white flour and pumpkin bread in two colors of gold and silver. The stuffing is chicken and oyster mushroom, which means happy life and good luck. I wish you all a great fortune in the new year. You've earned a lot of gold and silver, and you've got a lot of money The stuffing of dumplings is chicken and mushroom. Needless to say, the taste of chicken is not as delicious as mushroom, nor as fragrant as Lentinus edodes, but it is rich in nutrients. It's more nutritious with chicken. "
