Production steps:
Step 1: remove the core of fresh hawthorn and wash it.
Step 2: today we make 517 grams of seeded hawthorn, which is used as raw material.
Step 3: 200 grams of rock sugar.
Step 4: add 500 grams of cold boiled hawthorn, medium heat to start cooking.
Step 5: after the basic melting of rock sugar, it is necessary to start stirring with a spoon, and gradually crush the hawthorn, and the soup begins to turn red.
Step 6: if you find that the soup is still a little hanging, and there are bubbles around the pot, you can turn off the fire.
Step 7: get a spoon and put it in the iron drying net to screen the hawthorn. You can use a small spoon to continuously crush the Hawthorn and squeeze out the hawthorn juice.
Step 8: finally get the hawthorn juice.
Step 9: cut the fish glue into small pieces and soak in cold water.
Step 10: then pour out the excess water and turn down the heat to melt the fish film.
Step 11: first scoop up a spoonful of hawthorn juice, put it in the fish film and stir it evenly, then pour it into most of the hawthorn juice and mix well. I weighed the hawthorn juice after adding the fish film: 1475-970 (weight of egg beater) = 505g, which is the weight of hawthorn juice.
Step 12: the first time I used wood mold and silicone mold, the demoulding of wood was damaged, and the silicone mold was OK. This time, I bought a plastic mold with Haiyan, which is easier to use. Fix the mould in a bowl, pour in hawthorn juice and refrigerate. I refrigerate for one night.
Step 13: when demoulding, use the hair dryer to blow along the edge for several times, and then cover the back of the fish with your hand for a little heat, so it's better to demould. Beautiful hawthorn cake is ready.
